FAQ
How do I know what size I am?
Please refer to our sizing charts. Please make sure you have a buddy to help you measure to ensure accurate measuring. Note: All Anahata pants and shorts are true size, this means that when it says 32, it means the pants are 32 inches around.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! We do take custom orders, but the wait list can be up to 3 months or more, depending on the complexity. Please email us at info@anahatadesigns.ca to initiate the process.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For orders with a delivery address within the U.S. the delivery time is approximately 5-8 days after order is placed. We do try to ship pretty fast so it gets there fairly quickly. Right now we are shipping on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so if you need it shipped ASAP please make a note of it in the order and we'll do our best! For orders with a delivery address outside of the U.S. expect 8-17 days for delivery after shipping.
As we produce in Bali, we compile stock there until there is enough to send to the warehouse in Reno, rarely orders will ship from Bali and can take up to 2 ½ weeks to arrive, we will let you know if this is the case. If this is an issue please let us know and we can let you know if it will ship from Bali or the US, or expedite it for you if it is in the Bali warehouse.
Can I return or exchange my web order?
You can return or exchange unwanted, unwashed, unused, clean item(s) within 30 days of purchase. We will not process returns outside of that 30 day window. For exchanges, it is best to order what you want off our site to make sure the item you want is actually in stock.
Customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges associated with returns, except for special circumstances where there is a defect or miscommunication. Please include a note including your full name, order number, and the reason you are returning the item.
Please contact us to begin a return or exchange.
What about defective merchandise?
Regretfully there can sometimes be defects, a zipper or rivet comes off, or a seam comes undone. One of the challenges with intricate handmade slow fashion is that there are many many components and seams, and sometimes something slips past our QC. Please contact us to find the best solution for your specific problem, and we will do our best to make it right. We see defects as a way to improve the quality of our product in the future; and letting us know helps us address issues that we might otherwise not see.
How do I clean this lovely thing?
We recommend washing our fabric garments with cold water in a washing machine and hanging dry.
What do I need to do take care of my leather jacket or gloves?
Leather is very resilient. We recommend wiping with a damp rag, and letting it air dry. A leather conditioner can be used, but please research whether it will darken the color of the leather or not. If the item gets really wet, like in the rain, let it air dry out of direct sunlight.
My brand new gloves are too tight!
They are meant to be snug when you first put them on. If you can fit them on your hand, and do up the zipper, they fit. They will stretch out to fit you perfectly in a couple of hours. To expedite this process you can get them wet with clean water and wear them until they're dry.
Where can I try something on in person?
The best way to do that is to come and see us at one of the festivals we are vending at.
Do Anahata/Infiniti take wholesale accounts
